Wonderful stay at the Flying Geese, June 2023. The house was very nice. Plenty of room with great outdoor furniture to enjoy the ocean view. Beach toys, a variety of balls and games for all to enjoy. We knew coming in after Ian could be a little problematic but we were able to access and enjoy the beach whenever it was not high tide. One night a storm from the north sent waves crashing into the sea wall with ocean water spraying into the pool. The next morning one call to Garden City Realty was all it took. Pool company came within hours and cleaned. Then came back the next day to repeat. No complaints on house or with GCR on this vacation that included several families.

Garden City Realty have always worked well with me to find the right place for us to stay. We have stayed at Surfmaster condos the last 4years because its been such a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The condos there are very clean and nicely decorated and has all the amenities we need. The location is central to all stores and restaurants. I recommend these guys for a great vacation!

We’ve used Garden City Realty for 2 years now and absolutely love them! They make your rental process so easy and quick! We always stay in the same place and they always make sure we have everything we need while staying there as well as confirming all our details before and after the trip to ensure you have the best, most carefree experience!

My wife, kids and friends had a wonderful experience with dealing with Garden City Realty. The staff was extremely nice and overly welcome to help if the need had arisen. The options they provide for lodging are plentiful and wonderful, and the included linens in the price made such a difference! Would love to share all the happiness they brought to our family and friends and encourage anyone looking for a great booking company to stop here. We have already rebooked with them for summer of 24!

I’m going to write this review from the moment I walked in to 303 Sea Oaks, Garden City SC. Initially walking in the kitchen and living room it looked like the photos online besides the broken coffee table they left in the corner. Walking into the master room there is a lump in the floor, very noticeable. The room itself was okay, clutter with books in the drawers but okay besides that. Going into the master bathroom I found an old razor in the shower which made me believe it wasn’t cleaned, so I proceeded to clean both showers to make sure they in fact were for my sanity. Walking into the spare room, seem okay until u get to the closet where there was clutter of random things. Going back to the kitchen to put my groceries up, no space for me to put the items I bought. Every cabinet was clutter with stuff, even under the sink. In the photos attached, take note that nothing is mine. I have had to leave all my food items all over the counters. All the cups and silverware were disgusting!! The silverware holder had crumbs all in it, so all the cups and silverware that I cleaned is on the counter as well! Later in the day I noticed the a/c in the living room was not as cold as the back rooms (I’m assuming that’s why they had a stand up fan in the living room area). I put the fan in the hall to push the cold air from the back rooms into the living room. The back light on the patio worked for a second, then went out. The back patio is not as pictured and was not cleaned and had outdated furniture. I went to the real estate company Garden City Realty to explain all this that I encountered. I spoke with the “manager” Danielle, who listened with a smile and suggested maintenance and sending out the same house keeping crew that was suppose to clean it in the first place. I must say I paid to much for this rental to have to deal with all of this. She was very rude, she smiled but was rude and very condescending. I’m a single mother of 5, I didn’t deserve this condo in its condition nor the way she handled it. I save up every year for my kids to have a vacation and I was met with this. I would suggest for anyone not to rent 303 or do business with this company period. On a side note they say they open at 8:30 am online and on the door. They made me wait and told me they didn’t open till 9. Good luck if you decide to come here cause I will never be back!
